Real Wedding: Sas & Mully

It only makes sense that the first real wedding I profile on this blog should be our own, since this is what started us on this journey!

Moving forward I'll be regularly profiling weddings on the blog and sharing with you the background of how the ideas came together and the end result.

Our wedding day still seems like a dream to both Paul and I (Sas & Mully to our friends and family!). It was a magical day shared with our nearest and dearest, which was thankfully topped off by a splendid autumn day in Orange. Months of planning, building, designing, sewing, and cooking culminated in one of the best day of our lives.

There were three main themes throughout the ceremony and reception, which helped define and determine how everything came together.

• Live, Laugh, Love -these three ideals are what we wanted to share with our friends and family
• The Oak Tree - the oak is the mightiest of trees and the ultimate symbol of strength and courage, which is what we wanted for our marriage 
• Our Love of Travel - the joy of continuing to explore new countries and cultures is what we wanted for our life together

We topped it off with a vintage look and feel, and we hope you like how it all came together .
