Venue Spotlight: Byng Methodist Church

Today I have possibly the sweetest church to share with you...

This little gem is Byng Methodist Church, which is located approximately 17kms south-east of Orange. Now, I'm definitely a non-traditionalist in the world of weddings, but even I can't deny the appeal of this quaint stone building.

This church dates from 1872, in the small village of Byng which is steeped in Cornish and gold rush history. Driving through the winding country lanes to reach this building is half the fun. On your way from Orange, you pass old homesteads and grazing paddocks dotted with cattle and sheep.
